  1. Seriously, I think you have to consider 70% physical and 30% mental fitness to sum up for that 100% game.

It really depends on the kind of player you are.  For me, I always overcalculate on the game and get distracted by my stupid mindset, or being handcuffed by my nerves.   So, I would regard mental part is the one most people lack of to reach one's own 100%.

  2. Go after every ball no matter what. I tend to play better when I sprint after everything. I don't know why, I think it helps me because I know I am trying 100%. If you make some crazy gets you can get in the head of your opponent a little also. Don't try to make every shot a winner, and stay patient.

  3. If you want to play better tennis, here's a link that might help you "reach your peak." It's a program that aims to make a tennis player be the best s/he can be.

  4. Get to sleep before midnight and make sure you get 8 hrs.

Keep your feet moving always and always stay on your toes. Players like Wawrinka tend to fall back on their heels a lot and it slows them down and throws them off balance.

    Sprint well.

    Naturally, watch the ball.

Don't catch ADD, You must be focused constantly.

    Lot's of practice!

    The basics.
