How to play FIFA SOCCER 08 PC version online against my brother.?

My borther and I each have the FIFA SOCCER 08 video game for PC. My brother lives in Tijuana, Mexico and i live in Orange County, CA. Is it possible to play against him online?, just like a frienly match play multiplayer mode. How do I do it if possible? we both have internet service so i just need to know how to play with him online.
