Hi,

You need to go to Control Panel  ----> Sound and Audio Devices ---->In the new window that opens click on the Sounds tab -----> In the Sounds tab under the ' Program Events ' section you will find a list of actions and the sounds attached to them ----> In this select ' Start Windows ' option -----> On selecting the Sounds section below will display the current sound attached to this action -----> Click on Browse to choose the song of your liking ----> Click on apply and you should be able to hear your song when you start the computer now -->

I'm not sure if it will accept anything other than .wav files. You need to do a little research by trying it out yourself. But if does not then you can convert your .mp3 to a .wav and then upload it.
