How to play a game after downloading it from Vuze?

Hi I just finished downloaded the Sims 2 Bon Voyage from Vuze. I got the torrent file from Pirate bay.org. But the problem is, when i open the downloaded file, all that comes up is a window that is located in disk c. In that file there are 4 icons. The icons say: Install read me, Sims2EP6, Sims2EP6patch, and The Sims 2 Bon Voyage PC DVD.nrg. I dont know how to run the game. Please tell me what to do next. Best answer 10 points =)

That is the one that will install the game.
