How to play a vcd movie on laptop?

I have windows media, i have the k-lite codec package as well,

but the movie will not play? How come?

Can anybody help?

  1. You might need to do little more research, but I am pretty sure it is the codec. It might need a different one to play the format that you have. Not all codecs are the same.
