How to play backgammon???

Question

I heard it's the oldest board game, but it's just hot in my country. Can anyone teach me how to play??? Thanks in advance

The best way to learn is to download one of the backgammon sites online. One of my favorites is www.gammonempire.com. Sign up for a new user account and register your email address. They will give you $2.00 real money to start with which is a bonus for making a profile. When your ready to play, sign in and check the tab that says "play money"  they give you $100.00 of play money to start with. Click on the school tab and they have an instructor to play against that will show you how to play. Make sure you go to the backgammon rules section and read all the rules, dont skip this section as it really helps to read, so you understand what your doing in the school part of the game. After 10 or more games of training you should be comfortable enough to go play against other players with your pretend money. only after you have won a couple of games should you then go try and play with your "real  $2.00" and try and build your real money balance up to a sizeable amount that you then can withdraw for payment. It's really a fun game check it out.
