How to play my pokemon emerald (no$gba version) on the VBA?

hi. i was playing pokemon emerald on no$gba for a while and i found that Action Replay doesn't work on no$gba with emerald.so i want to use vba to play with AR. how can i give my save from NO$gba to VBA.Thx in advance
