How to play ps2 or ps3 games on your computer?

what do i nedd to do to play ps2 or ps3 games on my computer? please i need step by step help. and i need alot of it. the game i am trying to play is tekken 5 DR. i am new at this emulator stuff. what kind of computer requriements should i have? thanks

dealing with the ps3: there's just no way you can play ps3 games on your computer as of now.  maybe in the future, but that's a LONG way in to the future.  no emulators exist.

with these kind of things (emulators and roms) the best computer requirement would be to have windows xp.  everything is out for windows xp and not all of it is compatible with vista.

is it tekken 5 or tekken dark resurrection?  they're basically the same game (i know cuz i have both) but dark resurrection came out for ps3 (on the psn) and psp, but tekken 5 only on ps2 (... and arcade).  i think there are psp emulators out there, just type in "psp emulator" in google and see.
