first go to www.runescape.com then select create a account, you do all the settings like your user name and password, then you have to do a island that is focused for new players just to teach you how to play.

I have been playing runescape for a few years now and out of 130m players world-wide im ranked 493k so if you need any help feel free to ask me for more detail and i would be glad to help you, hope this is ok to start off with.
