It depends if you have the money, and the facilities to play table tennis.   Since you've called it table tennis and not ping-pong, then I can assume that you are a little more serious about the game.

It's very important to have the right equipment.  I can't even play with a cheap table tennis racket.  After making this initial

investment...about $100, (keep your new racket out of the sun!), then I would start reading and viewing correct table tennis strokes on the Internet.

Then, I would find out where the nearest club is, and start playing.

If you have more money, and a basement or big living room, I would invest in a table tennis table and robot.  Then you can train at your leisure against an untiring opponent.

Contrary to popular belief, table tennis is NOT an easy sport.  It requires quick reflexes, technique, and strategy.  Good luck!

Every sport is difficult. Especially table tennis. There really is no easy way to play, you just have to find a method with which your comfortable with.
