  1. Agreed, the more you play, the more your arms will get used to being bruised ... also avoid playing with an over-inflated ball as sometimes this causes bruising as well.

  2. the more you play your arms will build up a tolerance to it and it shouldnt happen so much.

  3. If you play regularly enough, your arms will become accumstomed to the truama.  But, go to an acupuncturist or a Chinese herbalist - either worth their salt will be able to direct you to "Dit Dat Jiao" or the like, it's usually in the form of a liquid or a cream that you can rub on your forearms to help circulation and reduce swelling.  It's a formula that was and is used for martial artists.

Here's a recipe for the raw decoction, but you'll still have to get the herbs from somewhere.

  5. The stinging and redness and bruises all go away pretty quickly. Mine stopped hurting after only 2 or so weeks of playing. If you love the sport, you can get through the pain

  6. If you are new to it or you havent played it in a while then its natural that your arm will turn red so juss keep practicing and get used to the ball hitting your arm because thats what its intended to do... sooner of later the redding of your arm will stop since youre used to it.

  7. JUST KEEP PLAYING. NO PAIN NO GAME:-)

  8. put a bandaid on

  9. Don't worry...they will get used to it. Enjoy the sport!
