How to pop dent out of 2003 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo?

i hit a little post that dented my plastic bumper. There is a backing to the bumper that is preventing me from being able to reach behind the bump and popping it out. What can i do? Should i just take it to a repair shop and let them handle it???

If there is no crease or such you might be able to use a strong suction cup to pull it out.  If no cup then just look to see what bolts you may need to take loose to remove it and put it back.  If it is the front might disconnect the battery before you try removing the cover to make sure the device that triggers the air bag does not get activated.

I think this company is across the united states...if not there should be companys like this.....Its called Dent Wizard----and most car dealerships use them to get dents out of new & used cars they have for sales......And I ve seen them go to regular business also.. Not expensive also
