How to pop out sunglass lenses? (like twitch's)?

my friend i are going to the so you think you can dance tour and want to have glasses like twitch, with no lenses. we bought sunglasses from a store and need to get the lenses out, but they're really tight. any suggestions?

Put your sunglasses in a bowl of warm watter (not boiling) and soke for a few muniuts. Then apply pressure to pop out the lense (don't use force.)If this doesn't work repeak soking process.
