how to pop up in our network.

em..when something happen in our company..i need to see everyone,to tell the problem,advertisment or any thing..em,so i want to know how to pop up the other pc in my network. So ,i just click in my pc,write message and all my staff will get it..Em ,in my network have proxy that not allowed staff to use yahoo messenger..

You can use the net send command to send messages to Windows XP workstations.  You'll have to verify the Messenger service is running on each of the workstations and the relevant ports pass through the Windows XP firewall.

That's what e-mail with a company distribution list is for. For more specialized software that affect the entire network, go to the IT department. They are the only ones who know the system well enough to know what can be deployed company wide without detrimental effects.

Anything you try to do on your own  is sure to get you in trouble and cause disruptions on the network.

It could even cost you your job.
