How to post a picture here w/o using photobucket or any of those websites......?

Is there a way of posting a picture or showing a picture w/o using photobucket or any of those websites, cuz i got a pic from a friend through email and want to post it here so i can get opinions

i have thought of opening the picture in a 'new window' and copy and paste the link to post on here, but the link is WAY to long (like around 6 lines).....

How can i do it??!?

you need to use the sites in order to get the right URL for the picture to show up.
