How to post messages or queries in yahoo groups??

Question

I'm a member of a group in yahoo.. Now there is no option to pst messages or to write a topic?? How do i displya my messages to other people

at the left side of the group, along with all the tabs, there's

Info    Settings

click settings and the 3rd one down will state who can post

also at the bottom of the group will have the posting e-mail address- try it from your e-mail

On left there are many options. Chose Messages.

Then, the page has all messages. On right hand top is an option, " Start a topic" .

You click that, type a message. Then send it. All can then see it.

Alternatively, send a message to the Group ID from your Inbox. It reaches all.

In most Yahoo Groups, you can post a message by clicking on the Post link (just under the Messages link) on the left-hand side of the Group's web page while you're logged in to Yahoo.  But the owner of a Group can restrict the ability to post a message to just owners/moderators if he/she wants.  The owner of the Group you're in might have done this.  If you want to ask him/her why, you can send an e-mail to [e-mail] (replacing GroupName with the actual name of the Group, of course).
