       Its not perposal, but proposal. It depends on your topic and also whom it meant for.  I will let you know some basic points. It should be brief. First start with a very brief introduction to your topic. It may be a background to your study. then, write statement of the research problem (topic), rationale of the topic, objectives, hypothesis if any, methodology.
