With diabetes, it is ALWAYS better to consume whole foods.  Think about it:  the fiber, seeds, skin and drupes of the whole fruit are absolutely as important as the juice.  Also, when juice is extracted from a fruit, much more fruit sugar and much more juice is consumed than normally would if just the fruit were eaten, which can cause an enormous blood sugar spike, especially with the sweeter, juicier fruits.  Humans always seem to think more is better.  It's often not.  Just the right amount is what is of the essence, so I would recommend you eat lots of different types of berries, in their whole, raw form.  As a diabetic, if you want to do juicing, I would recommend you begin with vegetables, especially greens, ginger and raw garlic, as well as carrot, beet, celery, parsley, cabbage and cucumber with lots and lots of scallions.  This will assist you in regaining your health faster.
