    6 boneless chicken b*****s

    1 cup maple syrup or pancake syrup

    1/2 cup catsup

    1/2 cup vinegar

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Trim excess fat and skin from chicken and lay flat in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

    Combine remaining ingredients in bowl and mix well with a wire whisk. Pour over chicken b*****s and bake for 30 to 45 minutes, until chicken is tender and sauce is thickened, turning and basting two or three times during baking.

    Candied Chicken

    Prep. time: 15 minutes      Cooking time: 21-28 minutes

    Serves: 4

    Ingredients



    2 cups Chicken Mix, (see our recipe below)  

    3/4 cup maple syrup  

    1/3 cup catsup  

    1/3 cup white vinegar  

    hot cooked rice  



    Directions

    1. In a TupperWave® 3-quart Casserole, place Chicken Mix.

    2. In Quick Shake™ container, place maple syrup, catsup and vinegar. Add blender insert, then apply seal and shake well. Pour syrup mixture over chicken mix.

    3. Microwave on High 10-15 minutes until very hot. Serve over hot cooked rice.

    Chicken Mix

    Ingredients

    6 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast or tenders

    2 cups celery, chopped

    2 cups onion, chopped

    1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

    1 ½ teaspoons dried basil

    salt and pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. In a TupperWave™ Colander, set over a TupperWave 3-quart Casserole, place about half the chicken and vegetable mixture in a circle arrangement, leaving a hole in the center. Cover with TupperWave™ matching cover and microwave on High 8-10 minutes, stirring once or twice. Stir again and continue to microwave 5-8 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are crisp and tender.

    2. Set aside and repeat procedure until all the chicken is cooked.

    3. This basic mixture makes 6 main dish recipes which will each serve 4 people.

         1/4  cup           prepared mustard

       1      tablespoon    worcestershire sauce



      

    Preparation:

    Coat chicken with flour. Fry till barely golden. Place in pyrex casserole dish and pour sauce over the top. Cover tightly with a lid or foil. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Serving Ideas : Serve over warm rice.
