These are the manthras to get into any job and Big companies look for such qualities more.

There will be several rounds - prepare mentally for a day of challenges. In the last round - expect that about 10% of the folks would reach there - expect questions like:

- Why do you want to work here?

- Why should we hire you?

- What is your weakness?

- What is your strength?

- Can you handle several assignments at once, and if so, how?

- What do you do for keeping your balance?

That is, tech questions apart, there would be questions like this also. Good luck.
