I'm starting university next September and I'm planning on trying out for the volleyball team there. I have been playing school volleyball ever since I was in elementary school but never really kept at it over the summers. So this year I want to stay at it and keep myself fit over the summer for the try outs in September. What should I all do to keep my skills up...? I have started having a daily workout plan and I have signed up for several volleyball camps over the summer.Also I think it's more of a intimidation factor. I know my chances of making the team are fairly high if I keep at it over the summer but it kinda scares me to think that this is a.....college team. Any suggestions about how to keep my self calm about the tryouts?The team that I am trying out for is ranked number 1 in the Canadian College Athletic Association. What should I be expecting at the tryouts....?
