I'm trying out for my 7th grade volleyball team next year(i'm almost out of sixth grade) and i just want to be ready. I was thinking of looking for a volleyball camp. I've played volleyball at a camp before and I had alot of fun. I've only played about 5 times in my life so how can I prepare?

  1. Just practice a lot. I just did 7th grade volleyball this year and where i live its really competitive and hard to make the team because everyone has so much expierence luckily i had expierence. Definintly try to find a camp or clinic but if you can't just get a volleyball and try to pass to yourself and set against a wall. Or have your mom and dad set the ball so u can practice spiking. just get as much practice as you can because really the only way to get better at volleyball is to repeatdly do things over and over again. Good luck

  4. I would suggest going to a volleyball camp or clinic. You should practice everyday and I would suggest getting private lessons from a coach.

  5. well i would practice every day

I'm like you , i signed up for 7the grade volleyball

i practice everyday because i really want to make the team:]

  6. just practice a lot.

theres not much you can do because coaches in 7th grade mostly look for potential not skill.

so act like you could be taught easily.
