How to prepare for a 64ounce steak

Question

i need to know what i should eat before it and how long before it?? anyfing to give me the upper hand to eating it and not getting to full.

i know starving myself is silly as my stomach will not be able to handle the sudden rapid intake of food tho.

I believe in getting my moneys worth at a buffet.  I find that eating a lot of salads (with Italian dressing) helps me prepare.

Rent the movie "The Great Outdoors".  John Candy and Dan Akroyd are really funny;  John Candy has to prepare for a steak eating contest:) .....  You should probably check out some websites for professional food eating contests.  I've seen some of the people giving hints on tv.....

drink lots of water the night before. that will strech your stomach .After you get rid of all the water time to eat.
