How to prepare for my inbound call centre phone interview?

Question

I live in south west england and have a phone interview tomorrow, what kind of things do you think they'll ask?

It says training provided.

Answer 1

Keep them waiting for about 13 minutes while humming a tuneless song.

Occasionally remind them that you are on line and will talk to them shortly.

Above all remain irritatingly aloof while reminding them that their call is important to you.

Then if you still want the job ask them what you can do for them today.and tell them that your name is Dawn.

How would you deal with a customer who becomes aggressive?

What do you feel you could bring to the team?

P.S - The phone interview for a call centre job is usually just to make sure your not a looney. The turnover in call centre jobs is so high they employ practically anyone who applies. So relax :)
