Im 15 5' 7" 140lbs and moving up to varsity football at my high school ,im a WR and i wanna no how can i get bigger and if you have any excises i can do.. my legs are pretty strong i can leg press 415 and squat 285

  1. whatever you do do it high weights low reps and whey is good right after your workout


  2. Ask the coaches for drills to do.
