  3. The best thing you can do is shadowbox right now. One thing that will improve your fighting vastly is working with your weak arm. For example, if your right-handed, practice your left jab/hook/uppercut, and vice versa. Work on improving your footwork, like backing up to avoid punches, and moving forward to throw them. Work on bobbing and weaving(i.e. ducking under punches), all this will prepare you, and you dont need a l**k of equipment.
