How to prepare simple wind turbine?

Find any dc magnet motor and put a blade on it :) Turning it will make power.

To make useful power you will need a voltage regulator

Your next question you should ask your self is how do i make the most power for the least amount of work,material and cost.

Asuming you can make the fan part of it, your main problem is the generator.  Stepper motors make fantastic generators you can generate enough to light an led just by twisting the spindle between your fingers.  You can find stepper motors inside old computer printers and small ones inside disk drives. The more number of steps in the stepper the better it will be as a generator.  You can connect to just one coil at first if your unsure about rectifying all the different phases (don`t try just wiring them all together)
