I have three rattlesnakes in my freezer in ziplock bags. Their rattles are gone, 2 have no heads. Can I still preserve skin from snakes that have been frozen and how do I do it? The snakes still have their "innards" too. Thanks!

  1. What have you got headless rattlesnakes in ziplock bags in your freezer for?????????????

  2. hey

  3. Yes, although it is better to skin and process them fresh. You can use salt or borax on the skins until they dry. Keep them stretched out so that they dry in the shape you want to keep them.
