How to prevent Prank Calls from restricted numbers?

I have been getting a bunch prank calls by this kid I know. I suspect it his him because hes been nagging me constantly every week. Obviously he denies it and I get calls at least twice a day.

I want to try to find out if hes really been calling me

If He calls by using star 67 so what can I do to stop restricted numbers from calling?

Is there anyway to have real proof that its his number? Maybe find out what number was calling?

I use a Verizon Chocolate Phone.

Report this activity to both the cops and the phone company. They both have ways to catch prank callers.

Call Verizon and tell them you want Anonymous Call Rejection.  This will stop all calls where people have dialed *67
