How to prevent a burn from scarring?

I burnt my wrist badly the other day and it looks like I'm suicidal and cut my wrist badd, I'm not exaggerating here its a really nasty burn. Any ideas on how to prevent this thing from scarring?

i have a pretty bad burn on my wrist ,

months old.

its a 2nd degree , close to a 3rd degree burn.

you cant really stop scarring.

its the bodys last attempt to heal the area.

what you can do ,

is after it has done the healing process,

but a scar healer on it.

like mederma.
