How to prevent arthiritis?

Please? do you know anything that can prevent it from either occuring, or getting worse?

I am afraid that you cannot avoid getting arthritis, if you have the inherited genes, you will get it. There are many types and forms of the disease so we are all prone to it. The market is flooded with drugs to treat the disease but they are in most cases as bad as the arthritis. In most cases it is down to pain management.I will not discuss the drug types as that should come from a expert, and this is not really the forum for that discussion.
