  1. I'm pretty sure it's called "spotting" it's a trick that dancers use when they're doing those fancy spin things (piourette I think). Anyways they focus on one point kinda far away from them and once their neck is turned to far, they turn it over the other shoulder and continue focusing on the same point. They can repeat this process for many turns and not get dizzy.

But if you're just doing a 360 then you'll only need to spot one time.

(If you're a dancer and you're reading this I hope I sorta got it right)

  2. No... ther is no real way to stop from getting dizzy.  If it occures while training keep training and you body will aclimate (get used to)  to the techniques. Some fighters in MMA use it to simulate getting hit hard and are dazed.  The body is an amazing machene it will adapt and overcome.

If you try the spotting method,  remember you are not looking at your attacker since they will be constantly moving.

keep doing what you are doing.  Good Luck

  3. Well my teacher always told me that if you get dizzy you are not doing it right. When I do a spinning roundhouse kick, I do it really fast, so I think there is no chance for me to get dizzy.
