  1. Try coating your skin with Body Glide, you can get it at most sporting goods stores.

and, if you're hanging out on the sand after skimboarding, change out of your wet board shorts!

  2. You can put a good sunblock lotion that has a good SPF. Then you can take breaks for 15 mins in an hour and stand in shade and again go back.

  3. I'd do see a doctor about it, normally when a rash flairs up and just goes like you mentioned it is normally caused by a post stress or related problem. "Sounds weird hey" I had a rash like you mention flair up between my fingers that itched like h**l and when I scratched it burned like mad. I though I got it being at the beach My doc looked at me and then ask was there anything wrong. I told him no, only someone bleeped me off a few months ago and I dealt and sorted it out. I never knew a thing like that could trigger a rash. He scripted me quarter zone cream two days later it was gone and has never come back. Just go see a doctor mate.

  4. for the sand rashes ware a rash guard.

  5. Perhaps humans could stop polluting the water. Then you might not get so many rashes.

    Just a thought.
