How to prevent mascara from running?

Question

During times in the bedroom, things kind of get hot. My mascara runs a little (a faint black ring on my bottom lid which my bf claims he can't see but you clearly can). I tried to dab some powder around my eyes to absorb the oil but it doesn't seem to be working well.

My question is, how do you girls manage to keep your make-up on during the deed? Or should I just not bother with the makeup? It's not really like I put on makeup JUSt for s*x, I kind of have it on all day. How would you girls handle this issue?

s*x makes you sweat so of course makeup is going to come dont worry about after your done having s*x wash your face and put new makeup on after a days work and stuff you need to wash your face and get the make up off so to me it wouldnt be a problem and half the time guys perfer girl without makeup or little as possible all you need to pass the guys is put a little blush on some eyeliner and lipgloss and youll be good in there books especially if your the perfect girl and all that im married though so it could mean something different

Try water proof mascara, it tends to stay on better, but its harder to get off at the end of the day.

There are sprays that you spray all over your face to keep make up from coming off easily ;)

Definitely use a waterproof mascara. Also MAC makes a spray called Fix + that you lightly mist over your face to 'set' your makeup. This may help as well.

I would try using CLEAR mascara. It serves the same purpose as regular mascara, without the black smears. It especially looks good on DARK eyelashes. I would not advise you to use waterproof mascara though. Personally, I don't think it's even serves its purpose. My waterproof runs all the time...
