there are birth control pills that can almost eliminate your period, you have it just a few times a year, ask your doctor

Other than that there is no way to stop it

Periods can not come in a month if you are REALLY stressed, but otherwise, there really is not a way to stop it except for pills like birth control pills.

You can't really prevent it from coming, but birth control can shorten it and give you less periods, but talk to a doctor before going on birth control.  And I don't get your second question??  "What would you like to ask?"  Um, what is that supposed to mean???...
