  1. Prevent:  Apply foundation to your lids before eyeshadow or eyeliner or even mascara to provide a base for your products so they hold better, i.e. less fallouts.

Prevent:  Then, dust some light, loose powder under your eyes.  That way you can sweep that off when you're done, taking any extraneous eyeshadow with it.

Stop:  Use the right tools when applying eye makeup; a soft eyeshadow brush always trumps the cheap plastic applicators that often come with it.  Also, keep the amount of shadow on your brush to a minimum.  This way, it all ends up on your lid instead of overloading and falling off.  Then just add a little more as you go along.

  2. Apply a translucent powder under your eyes, I use L'OREAL Bare Naturale Translucent Powder, so when your done applying the eyeshadow you can just sweep off the powder and your good to go!

Here's a tip: To help prevent fallouts, apply a little foundation on both of your eyelids before applying the eyeshadow. This will keep the eyeshadow from fading, and keep it looking gorgeous all day!

    ENJOY! :)
