How to prevent your photo from being used by someone on internet?

Let say, your photo is used by someone as his/her photo on internet and he/she is playing around on internet. Which way is the best to prevent it? And Your photos can also be copied from your friend network(e.g. friendster, myspace,multiply etc.).

You prevent it by not publishing the picture.  At least that is the ONLY sure way.

That is what children do not realize when they decide they have to find out who is prettiest that once that picture is out there people can and do many things with it including some that are not so nice.

yeah thats why dont show face shots :),no matter how fine you think you are.

it's hard to prevent someone copying our photos but for me as long as they not using those photos for a commercial without asking permission.

umm there is no sure way to prevent it except for keeping your photo in a private file...or sometimes the website has like a privacy policy about copying photos (like bebo)
