How to print a single book?

i want to make my girlfriend a hardcover book, 20-30 color pages long. kind of like a post secret book if you know what those are. any good websites to get a single short color hardcover book printed?

If you are uploading pictures like postsecret postcards, you can do this easily at walmart.com.  you can add text there as well.  i have used them before and they do good work.
