How to produce potato pellets that remain flat and don't get curved after frying?

  1. I have never hears of potatos curving after being fried.  Do you mean deep frying, like chips, or pan frying, like home fries.  Just slice a potato after it's cooked for home fries, or cut into sticks for deep frying.  Soak raw potatoes in water first to get rid of the starch if you are going to deep fry them.  Hope this helps, never  heard of pellets.
