How to promote a website like this.?

When we moved to Florida my wife and I have accumulated terrible credit card debt from trying to take care of our family. With rent, clothing, diapers, food...we just buried ourselves. Now that we are established we just can't get rid of our debt. No consolidation services will approve us due to our credit score. So I made a website, pleading for even the smallest donation. In turn I will donate 10% of every contribution to a noble charity. How and where should I promote my site? I only have one year to get this out there and I have a lot of debt. Is there a mass way of getting it out there fast before we sink? The link is : www.pleaserescueus.com

If you still currently have web access, you can get your banner promoted in one of 2 ways:

1.  Some paid to click sites will give you x amount of impressions/displays of your banner by clicking on links for them. (for FREE)

2.  Some paid to click sites will simply sell you an impression/display package where your banner is displayed x amount of times for a little bit of money (usually less than $5).
