How to pronounce the word Blepharoplasty

I just want to advise the readers on my site of the phonetics for this word so that if they are talking to a medical person and planning eyelid surgery they feel confident. Websters dictionary is usually good but failed me this time.

Bleff awe row plast ee.  The a in plast sounds like the a in gas.  The y sounds like the ee in meet.  This is technically the way to pronounce it.  In Oklahoma, though, many times you hear it pronounced like this:  bleph er uh plast ee.
