My daughter and son-in-law used to live in Saskatchewan and they, and others who live in Saskatchewan, say that most people, including most Canadians, mispronounce the word.  The first three syllables are as others have suggested to you.  The difference is in the last syllable.  The "wan" is pronounced as if it were written "win", so the pronunciation is "sa - skat -chew - win", with the emphasis on the "skat" and the last two syllables running together quickly.

All depends on where the person is from. All words are pronounced differently. And I can definitly see that from the answers you're getting lol.

I'm from Ontario and we say it Suh-skatch-ah-whon. :)
