How to propogate chicken fungus?

Question

i was lucky enough to find some chicken fungus in the woods today, and i would like to propogate it. does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about it? thank you for your suggestions.

i think you need spores or plugs instead of using the mushroom itself. but those mushrooms take a long time to grow and only grow in the right conditions... I found one once but I was too afraid to eat it... they're impossible to find!!
