How to protect my face from dust on roads?

Iam Male 25 and my color is white and my face and hands are to be exposed to dust while going out. So dust is gathered and looking black and looks old. Whats the best way to remove dust from face and how to protect my skin.?

I don't think you could always cover your whole face whenever you go out of the house. The most practical way is to bring a handkerchief everyday to cover your nose. Polluted air you breathe is more dangerous than what your outer body can get from dust and other stuff.

The only suggestion I can give you is to wash your face with a good facial wash everytime you don't feel your face is clean or fresh anymore. Washing your face even with water only would be fine. :)
