  1. listen to what the customer needs and get it to them as fast as you can. excellent customer service means knowing what the person needs before they know it and giving it to them.


  2. smile smile smile! (even if ur on the phone-they can feel it) customer is always righ-remember that! - always say: O YES_ I UNDERSTAND> aha aha ha.....O YEA...REALLY....OOOOOOOOO I M SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO SORRRRRRRY- :) good luck

  3. Make customer happy, by provided some soft of conversation not just their need.

  4. always smile, be polite, don't get mad at the customer, try to answer all their questions to the fullest if you can't find someone who can, dont make the customer feel rushed, say your welcome if they say thank you, don't act annoyed, if you see a customer that looks confused ask them if they need help

  5. Listen/attentive to them, be patience and sincere.
