How to publish a magazine?

I know that you have to get a patent and everything. But is there like some magazine commitee that reviews your idea, and publishes it if they like it?

If you want to publish a magazine you have to establish it first... have advertisements in it so you can make more money and that company advertisign in your magazine will pay you of course. And to make your magazine more better and to get more readers you have to have interesting topics.. possibly interviews with celebrities..posters of celebrities..

and of course what's in for style at the moment...

and activites like unscramble this & that..

and also you have to have a name for your magazine!

And what kind of magazine is it?

Fashion?

Teen?

ect,...

But yes you do have to get a patent for it!

If you have a great idea you could possibly establish your own magazine company...get readers and make money!
