How to pull emails to blackberry from outlook?

Question

using black berry destop redirector. is this possible? i was able to get contacts,tasks,calendars,notes but not emails. it syncs all the folders in outlook but there are not emails inside those folders.

are there any kind of settings to have the emails in there too?

you may need to back date your devices to synch across as it tends to not synch old items prior to today
