    You need an exceptionally strong pump or pumps, and then a pipeline that can sustain the high pressure.

    Also, you can heat the liquid at least slightly, and this will break some of the molecular bonds, and allow it to flow easier, such as how hot oil flows well, but cold oil is more viscous.

    You would probably need a combination of the above two methods.
