How to purify tube well water?

I have dug a bore well. The water pumped out is white in colour. Is there a way to purify this?

YOU SHOULD HAVE ATTACHED FILTER AT HE BASE PIPE SO THAT WHEN IT SUCKS WATER IT GETS FILTERED AND AT THE FALLING PLACE YOU CAN ATTACH FILTERS AGAIN AND THESE FILTERS SHOLD BE PERIODICALLY CLEANED.As the water is pumped out more and more it will get filtered and cleaner water will emerge.
