  1. Depends on the type ceiling board you plan to put up. Mobile home dealers can get tile that has a groove on 16 inch centers and run the width of the room. You use special screws to attach the the truss then there is a plastic or vinyl piece that  snaps into the groove and then you run cove or crown molding around the walls.

  2. Your question is a bit vague....

"Fireman...'  gave you the basic approach to an older style mobile home, aka 'trailer'.  You can find the supplies (ceiling tile, screws/trim, and seam trim) at most mobile home supply stores.

Today's manufactured homes tho, use standard 1/2" drywall, which is installed in the typical fashion... glue/s***w it in place, and apply the drywall mud to the joints / sand repeatedly til you have a relatively smooth surface.  At this point, most of them will apply some sort of texture.  The texture could be the 'popcorn' style, or a 'mud' base with stylized texture... done in a variety of ways.

Of course, if you want to get creative, there all kinds of FLOORING products you could use on a ceiling too, hehehe.

Be more specific, and perhaps we can provide a more practical answer.

    Good Luck

  3. If it is an older one, you might want to do a suspended ceiling.  Ask at the Home Depot store.  Relatively easy.
